Vijest o smrti velikog chefa Paula Bocusea još se širi po kuhinjama i vremenskim zonama, dok na Twitter stižu poruke slavnih chefova, restoratera, uredništava utjecajnih gastronomskih vodiča, novinara, francuskih političara i ljudi koji su cijenili Bocuseov pionirski doprinos gastronomiji. “Kuhari su danas plakali u kuhinji Elizejske palače,” napisao je na svom službenom Twitteru francuski predsjednik Emanuel Macron. Od Renea Redzepija do Michela Rouxa Jr i svih najvećih zvijezda food TV-a, profesionalci se s puno emocija i poštovanja opraštaju od čovjeka koji ih nije samo naučio kako da budu relevantni i promotori svoje profesije, opraštaju se od čovjeka koji je praktički izmislio njihov posao.
